Data Protection

Bristol City Council needs to collect the information requested in the registration form to provide you with appropriate energy saving advice and/or energy saving measures. The information we collect will belong to Bristol City Council but appropriate information may need to be passed to our contractors Climate Energy, your energy provider and the relevant Green Deal regulatory bodies. Please see also our Privacy Statement on the main Bristol City Council website.

Door-knocking

Over the next four years our operatives will be visiting every property in the city. If you’d like to arrange a specific appointment, or opt out of the Warm Up Bristol scheme, then please email [email protected].

Council and social housing tenants

This scheme does not apply to social housing tenants – residents should contact their landlord for information about alternative initiatives.
